Responsibilities included the managing and distribution of all inventory across five states, providing customer support via phone & email, creating more efficient processes and storage systems for our database and tasks, maintaining and updating company website, creating new camp programs and curriculum, producing video ads to play at school assemblies and online, setting up new locations to function for camp, developing location-specific procedures, human resourcing and more.

Responsibilities included onsite directing & managing of camp locations, helping to recreate the company's website layout and appearance, organizing technology related inventory, training employees in technology and policy, interviewing potential employees, instructing technology classes/camps, writing curriculum for classes/camps, designing marketing materials such as brochures and internet ads, selling camp at conventions/fairs, constructing physical storage spaces and office layouts, and much more.
